Account Profile and Email Status
Every journal shares one platform account. Open the journal’s My Account page and locate Profile Details. The Email ID appears with a Verified or Not Verified badge. Both verified and unverified accounts show a small Change Email ID button aligned to the right side of the Email ID section. Only unverified accounts show a Verify Email text link. Email changes are confirmed with the current password and, where configured, a TOTP code. Other account headings are displayed in consistent title case.
Publisher verification requirements remain in effect, and active editor-invited reviewers must verify their address before opening their journal dashboard. See the Email Verification Manual for steps and cooldown rules.
